FT Electrical were looking to grow their domestic and commercial electrical business and required a new logo design and company branding to help take them to the next level.
We presented three concepts, each with a different focus (A). The first explored hiding the ‘FT’ within a circuit board the second looked at using electrical symbols to represent the ‘FT’ and the third developed the idea of creating the ‘FT’ by combining positive and negative symbols. Whilst each logo design was very well received the client felt each one needed refinement before they could make a decision (B). This is a common request and an important part of the design process which we’re more than happy to accommodate.
It was agreed that the positive and negative symbol was the most engaging concept, so we then developed this further (C) before art working the final logo design, stationery, branded workwear and vehicle livery.
